IL VIDEOGAME

In 2021, Imaginarium planned and drew the videogame COSMIC GIORGIA to celebrate the Roman singer's 50th birthday!

COSMIC GIORGIA, a game that comes from drawing on paper and transforms into pixels, retracing the charm of the atmosphere of 80's arcades and consoles. An electronic and digital entertainment space that, through psychedelic colors and an adventurous setting, allows us to talk about a hot topic, that of the environment, and to celebrate Giorgia and her art in an explosion of pixels!

THE CONCEPT

Due to noise pollution caused by man and cities, the cosmos has lost its HARMONY. The planets are no longer aligned, and the music produced by the Spheres has been lost throughout the galaxy. Giorgia is a superheroine who, in the videogame conceived, designed, and programmed by Francesca Pasquinucci and Davide Giannoni of Imaginarium Creative Studio, with the pixel art of @Pixel_Salvaje, can save the harmony of the stars thanks to her voice and her musical soul. Dodging meteorites, broken records, wrong notes, and out-of-orbit planets, he will have to collect the golden notes and bring back to the world the most beautiful music, that of nature.

The story references the Pythagorean theory of the harmony of the spheres, according to which the aligned planets emit a sound. This vibration regulates and harmonizes our life on Earth. But over time, man, greedy for short-term riches and successes, has begun to produce noise, thus losing the ability to listen to cosmic harmony, thus starting the defeat of the planet.
