“Color, Music & Masks” is an immersive videomapping experience where light and sound work together to transform space into a living stage. The projections are not simply a “backdrop,” but a narrative language: they flow across surfaces, redraw them, make them breathe—creating depth, illusions, and visual transitions that constantly evolve. Color becomes matter, rhythm, atmosphere: an element that sculpts the architecture and guides the viewer’s gaze, as if the wall were a moving organism.

 

At the center are the masks: icons, faces, symbols, and fragments of Carnival imagery that emerge, dissolve, and reassemble. Sometimes they appear as recognizable presences; other times they turn into abstract signs, patterns, textures, traces of memory. It’s an ongoing dialogue between tradition and contemporaneity, between figuration and abstraction, between storytelling and pure visual energy.

 

Music is an integral part of the work: it supports the dramaturgy, builds tension and release, gives breath to the images, and shapes their transformations. Sound and videomapping chase each other, respond to one another, synchronize—or “contradict” each other when needed—creating an emotional journey that engages the audience directly. The result is a total audiovisual environment, where every detail—color, rhythm, masks, light—contributes to a single experience: stepping into the scene and letting it move through you.
