Combining hand-drawn animation, original music, and scientific data, ORA invites the audience to reflect on the fragility of our relationship with the planet.
A project developed in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute in Chicago.
The installation on the façade of theMART
In July 2025, ORA – The Limits of the Planet came to life on the monumental façade of theMART, Chicago’s iconic riverfront building.
Selected by Art on theMART — the world’s largest permanent digital art projection program — the piece brought Imaginarium Studio’s signature style to the heart of the city.
Through a dreamlike and impactful visual narrative, the installation combined hand-drawn animations, 3D elements, original music, and real scientific data, transforming the urban space into an immersive and collective experience.
The work offered a poetic yet urgent reflection on the beauty, the fragility, and the limits of our planet — inviting audiences to look, listen, and imagine differently.
